Privacy policy for the participation in the New Year's Conference

Please note: This English translation is for informational purposes only and is not legally binding.

For the preparation and implementation of the convention, we collect personal data of the participants in the form of a form (and, if necessary, supplement it with further information by email sent in by individual participants). This data is stored on servers of Google LLC (Dublin, Ireland) and will be deleted after the convention. If you object to the processing of your data (whether before or during the conference), we are unfortunately not able to allow you to participate in the convention. We will delete your data immediately and cancel your registration.
If you pay the registration fee, certain information about this transaction will be collected by Stripe, Inc. We use this data exclusively to allocate the payment to a registration. By making a payment via Stripe, you also agree to this data processing. This data is stored by the church for accounting purposes in accordance with applicable law and applicable deletion periods.
We do not collect any other data.
During the conference you will have the opportunity to interact with many wonderful YSAs. By agreeing to this privacy policy, you agree to respect the personal rights of the other participants. This includes in particular the right to one's own image according to German and EU law. Please do not upload pictures of other participants to social media if you have not received the consent of all participants on the picture.
If we take official group pictures, we will announce this verbally to all people in the picture. If you do not want to be in the group pictures, please do not stand in the picture. We reserve the right to use these official group pictures for promotional purposes of the YSA work of Hamburg stake, including on social media.
